Day in the Life
The morning of a Maryvale girl begins much like that of a college student as she heads straight from the parking lot to the classroom.
Rather than gathering for homeroom in the morning, Maryvale students are allotted free time in the middle of the day through both Advisory and Resource.
During Advisory, each girl is given one-on-one guidance and counsel tailored personally to her, while Resource can be used to meet with teachers, work on group projects, or visit the library.
Individual development is a primary focus of the Maryvale education, and our faculty and staff work hard every day with this concern at the forefront. Although our teachers may differ in their areas of expertise, each one is an expert in bringing out the best in his or her students.
