Dear Prospective Families,

Maryvale Preparatory School is an independent, Catholic, college-preparatory, all-girls day school for students in grades 6 through 12.  Rich in tradition, our campus facilities and experienced faculty promote academic, spiritual and physical development. 

There are many things to consider when looking at a school. Our job is to help you determine if Maryvale is the right fit. Although Maryvale is small by design, we offer very strong and competitive academic and co-curricular programs. We are proud of our students' achievements in arts and athletics, and our innovative use of technology to enhance learning.

For the 2012-2013 academic year, 355 students are enrolled at Maryvale. Many of our students come from families rooted in Catholic education who want the best academic opportunities in a smaller school environment. Our second and third generations of students expand each year as daughters and granddaughters of alumnae join the school population.  Students travel to Maryvale from Baltimore City and County, Howard, Harford and Carroll counties.
